Hey errr Don-ad-min... I have noticed that you keep improving the forum and really appreciate it....but will it be too much to ask; to link a chat to this forum? I have been on forums similar to this and the chat is a great feature if we want to discuss something. I have no idea how to do it, but I know someone whom can help.

I followed up with that and found a forum from the UK with a chat feature attached... and it looks IDEAL for what we could use... It has the forums for posting, but a chat area we could use when we are all there

lol! didn't even know you started this one...yesterday you said me me in the chatroom so i just went to the same board we'd been using! I'll see what I can do, but one of the problems with chat, is the channels often go down and there can be many issues/erros and if you have a slower computer, they have a tendency to kill it.

I tried that Pearly, I'm logged in but still disconnected from chat. I think my computer hates me

June, try again, you shouldn't have any problem. you just click login at the top right of the chat box and it will do it automatically.

I logged out, closed my browser, opened my browser, logged in and still disconnected!! arghhhhhhhh I hate computers

Could it have anything to do with my security settings? They're slightly higher than the defaults cuz I hate cookies I don't know about.

okay, click the login on the chat in the right corner, then where it says refresh / autorefresh, make sure the box is checked for auto refresh

maybe, only because it's set to log you in by recognizing your signin on the main board...maybe it can't recognize you
